09/2014:   Architectural Solutions is pleased to be working with Dawson Beach Development on their light commercial property in Woodbridge, Virginia.  The existing property includes four building totaling approximately 75,000 sf.  The developement has space available starting at 1,800 s.f.

08/2014:  Architectural Solutions has been retained to design a new  headquarters facility for Broad Run Contracting to be located in Dulles, Virginia.  Broad Run Contracting is a site work and utilities contractor working with residential and commercial developers.  The new headquarters will consolidate the companies operations, including offices, heavy equipment yard, materials storage, recycling support operations and vehicle maintenance and storage.

05/2014:  We are submitting an SUP for a new facilty for The Lamb Center. We have teamed up with Walter L. Phillips, Inc. and Scott-Long Costruction, Inc. to assist The Lamb Center in Fairfax, Virginia.  The Lamb Center is a daytime facility serving those in need for over 25 years.  Here is a quote from their website "The Lamb Center focuses on ending homelessness and providing hope. 01/2014:  Fair Winds Brewing Company, a Fairfax County brewery in planning, has retained Architectural Solutions to design its new brewery facility to be located in Lorton, Virginia.  The project will include approximately 13,000 sf.  The facility will include the brewery, tasting room, laboratory, production and various support spaces necessary for production and sales.  Space will be alloted for wood cask storage of select finished products.

01/2014:  Running Hare Brewery has retained Architectural Solutions to design a new facility consisting of approximately 28,000 sf to include a brewery with multiple brew houses, winery (which is part of an established vineyard and winery), tasting room and various support spaces.  The operation with include packaging and shipping of kegs, bottles and cans via multiple truck loading dock doors.  The new space includes a 7,000 sf refrigeration unit.  When completed, the facility will be open for tastings and tours.

10/2013:  Architectural Solutions is awaiting the Grand Opening of the Pro Martial Arts Studio and Kick Start Learning Center at Frederick Maryland's Market Square. Architectural Solutions along with SAI Engineering, Inc. and Structural Concepts, Inc. provided design support and construction documents for the project. Construction services were provided by Hubert Construction, LLC. This unique 3,000 S.F. build-out is now home to both businesses; offering a Dojo for the martial arts franchise and educational support focused at after school programs for adults and children. 11/2012:  We are currently assisting Ridgewood II in Fairfax, Virgina to create future retail space for lease. The project consists of 20,000 sf to be divided into 10 retail spaces.  These specialty shops will harken back to the days of the family owned urban shops of the past.  The interior space is within a larger development including residential apartment buildings and parking.  Each retail space will have its own entrance, sidewalk and street access for convenient accessability.
